Today, Dumpling Khang is one of Mumbai’s favorite spots for Himalayan cuisine, celebrating the vibrant tastes of Nepal, Bhutan, and the Eastern Himalayas.
From training in the kitchens of The Oberoi and Marriott, Shreejana brought luxury hotel finesse to everyday Himalayan comfort food. Her dishes are rooted in tradition but elevated with skill, balance, and purpose. Every momo folded in the Dumpling Khang kitchen bears her stamp of love and excellence.
